ECOPALETTE-E2SE makes every effort to ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery of your orders. This delivery policy explains the terms and conditions of delivery of our products.

1. Delivery areas
We deliver our products throughout metropolitan France, as well as to some European countries. If you would like delivery outside of these areas, please contact us to check feasibility and obtain a personalized quote.

2. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, order volume and destination. In general, our delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan France: Delivery within 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch.
Europe: Delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 working days depending on the destination.
We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on transport conditions and other external factors.

3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the delivery address. For some large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated when you confirm your order.

ECOPALETTE-E2SE also offers free delivery options for certain orders and to certain geographic areas, subject to specific conditions mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. Partner carriers
We work with a network of professional carriers selected for their reliability and ability to meet our quality standards. These carriers are responsible for delivering your products to the address you provided when ordering.

5. Order tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow the progress of your products until they are delivered.

6. Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the condition of the products before signing the delivery note. If you notice any damage or anomalies, please mention them precisely on the delivery note and inform our customer service as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Delay or non-delivery
In case of a delivery delay, we invite you to check the tracking of your order or contact our customer service for more information. If your order has not been delivered within the announced time frame and you have not been informed of a delay, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
